How much does permanent outdoor lighting cost?+
Most Orlando homes land between $3,000 and $7,500 depending on the linear footage of roofline, the number of stories, and roof complexity. A single-story ranch is at the low end; a two-story with multiple gables and dormers runs higher. We give you an exact number at the free in-home design consult, and we offer 12 months no interest financing.
Will it damage my roof or void my roof warranty?+
No. The track mounts to the fascia or under the soffit, not through the shingles or tile. We never penetrate the roof surface. Our installers are licensed and fully insured, and we're happy to walk your roofer through the method before we start.
Can you see it during the day?+
Barely. The track is low profile and color matched to your trim or fascia. From the street in daylight most people never notice it's there. That's the whole point — it disappears until you turn it on.
Will my HOA approve it?+
In most Orlando area communities, yes — because the track is hidden and color matched, it reads as trim rather than decoration. We've installed in HOA neighborhoods throughout Windermere, Dr. Phillips, and Winter Garden. If your HOA requires a submission, we'll provide product specs and photos for your application.
How long does installation take?+
Most homes are done in one day. Larger or multi-story properties can run into a second day. We handle the whole thing — mounting, wiring, transformer, and app setup — and we walk you through the controls before we leave.
Can I change the colors myself?+
Yes — everything runs from an app on your phone. Pick any color, set patterns, schedule them by date. Red white and blue on the Fourth, orange and purple for Halloween, your team's colors on game day, warm white the rest of the year. Set it once and it runs on schedule.

What if I only want lights for the holidays?+
We do seasonal holiday installs too — we hang them, maintain them, and take them down in January. Keep in mind that after five or six seasons of paying for install and takedown, most homeowners have spent more than a permanent system would have cost. Either way, call us and we'll price both so you can compare.
